(More customer reviews)While looking for Best Spoon Red Curry I found Maesri Red Curry at the local Asian foods store and gave it a try. A very smooth flavour with good heat, not gritty like another I tried. Makes a delicious Red Curry Soup when adding coconut milk (half coconut milk to half water, otherwise a bit cloying), diced bean curd (firm), asparagus, broccoli, sliced carrot, sliced bell pepper, green peas and pineapple chunks (add a little pineapple juice, for sweet and spicy!) I am The Curry Weasel and I positively writhe at the prospect of good curry. Maesri makes it great curry!
