(More customer reviews)Like everyone else I'm looking for a substitute for the half and half I usually use in coffee. The Mimiccreme is the closest I've found, and I'll continue to use it, but it's not quite as good as regular half and half. It does seem to require about 3 times as much Mimiccreme as I would use half and half to achieve the same effect. There is a faint but distinct almond taste. I like almonds and can live with it, but I'd prefer that taste wasn't there. I suppose it's unavoidable given the main ingredient is almonds. There is some slight clumping, but I don't consider it a problem because it's completely fixed by shaking the Mimiccreme box first, then stirring the coffee. The other slight disadvantage is that since I needed to use more volume, it cooled the coffee off a little bit. Not a big deal for me, I just microwave it for 10 seconds. Overall pretty good product, 4 stars.
