(More customer reviews)I like this product. I think it is quite tasty both to drink and over cereal, and I haven't had any problems mixing it (I shake it in a quart mason jar). However, be aware that nutritionally, this "Vegan Beverage Mix" is not the same thing as liquid soy milk. For instance, compared to Silk, it is lower in protein (2 g vs. 7 g), higher in carbohydrates (16 g vs. 8 grams), lower in calcium (8% DV vs. 30% DV), and contains no Vitamin D. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as you know what you're getting, and aren't relying on it as a significant source of these nutrients.
