I have used Purina 7 for a few years now. I started when my dog turn 8. He has now past on (12 years). But 7 was great for him.
You can tell right away from the time you start using.
I would say this though, you are better off buying this product from your local grocery store. You won't save any money buying this from Amazon. And it took for ever to get.
