(More customer reviews)I ate this sweet cereal as a child and loved it. I am now eating this cereal as a 40 something person and still love it. Nothing on the shelves today can compare. No, you won't get big and strong and it won't keep you regular like granola or bran. However, if you want something pleasuarable to the taste, get a box of Quisp. It is als enjoyable to eat plain as a snack. Thank you Amazon for having this product available since stores no longer have it. FYI- the expiration dates for the boxes were all valid and fresh!
