(More customer reviews)HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS HONEY ROASTED CEREAL, (14.5-Ounce Boxes, Pack of 4), is a truely delicous cereal! Honey Buches of Oats cereal itself was the FIRST "combination" cereal to be invented, (and, on the back of my current box, it tells HOW and by WHOM it was invented.) Yes, it has some artificial ingredients -- but it also has vitamins and minerals -- and it tastes SO good! Those little "bunches" add a nice taste, and here, you can get HONEY flavour without stickiness! All around yumminess, which has some nice nutrition in it, too! The combination of flakes and sweetened "bunches" makes it a hit with me! I've even begun to use it as a snack food, in place of potato chips!
It's hard, sometimes, to believe advertisements on TV. But believe me, this IS a great-tasting cereal! If you like honey and/or sweetness, (but not the "cloying" kind), you will definitely love this cereal. It's not just "Honey Bunches of Oats"...but the Honey-Roasted Flavour of Honey Bunches of Oats."
A total delight to eat!

About Post CerealThe Post cereal tradition began when C.W. Post made his first batch of "Postum", a cereal beverage, in a little white barn in Battle Creek, Michigan. With that step, he entered the brand new cereal retail industry and became an important part of American breakfast history for over 100 years. In 1897 C.W. Post introduced the grape-nuts cereal, one of the first ready-to-eat cold cereals and later followed this success with a corn flakes product.
Post was ahead of its time when it started using advertising and marketing techniques that appealed to the common man. Post died in 1914, but the Postum cereal company followed the formula for success by selling high quality, nutritious cereal products.
Over the years, over a dozen companies were acquired and the product line was expanded to include many more nutritious and delicious Post cereals. Today Post cereal is one of the most famous cereal companies.
In 1997, Post launched a 100-day food drive and summer-long hunger awareness programs to mark the 100th year of making great cereals for families everywhere.
Enjoy Post cereals--delicious and nutritious too!
